Kitchener Fencing takes fencing requests from Kitchener and nearby — Breslau, New Hamburg, Baden included. Here is exactly what we keep and why.

Information you give us

Whatever you choose to send us. For a fencing request that is usually your name, phone, email and the address and the details of the job. Calls to this site's number are logged with the calling number and time, and voicemails are recorded and transcribed.

Where it goes

Your details go to a single independent fence contractor serving Kitchener — the one who will quote on your wood privacy fence, chain link fence, pool fence & enclosures or similar job — and to no one else. That fence contractor works under their own insurance and any licence the trade requires.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or ad pixels. Standard server logs are kept by the host for uptime and abuse prevention, and nothing more.

Keeping and deleting

Only while it is useful for your job and a short time after. Call recordings are deleted automatically after about three months.

Getting your information removed

Write to hello@kitchenerfencing.ca. You are entitled under PIPEDA to see, correct or delete what we hold. Messages from us are only about your request, and replying STOP ends them under CASL.
